We are looking to fill some positions and add to our team.
-Blast Hole Drill Operator
You will be taught to operate our blast hole drills. You will drive a company truck to the jobsites daily and perform the drilling that is needed, as well as the paper work to log your work. You will be responsible to fuel, grease, and do the basic maintenance to your drill daily. Some jobs will require 12 hour days and Saturdays.
– Drilling blast holes for our stone quarries and construction jobs.
– Be on time and on the jobs every day that is needed.
– Learn to operate and maintain the drills and equipment.
– Must be able to communicate well job sites and our mechanics.
– Out of town work will be required for some jobs but not all of the time.
-You must pass a pre-employment drug screening as well as randoms throughout employment.
-Must have a valid driver’s license.
-Must be able to work in all weather conditions as well as be able to climb on and off of equipment safely.
-A 24-hour surface mining card as well as a Safeland card or equivalent is required. If you do not have these, we will get you into a class for each.
– Pride must be taken with your work and to provide for our customers.
– Operating experience would be great but is not a requirement, we will train you to operate our machines.
-A company truck to travel to and from the job site

This is a full-time job that would typically be between 45-55 plus hours a week. Majority of the jobs would all be within a couple of hours from our shop. Some Saturday work would be required.
Pay is based on experience and knowledge.
